Founder & CEO
Ms. Daruwalla is a Technology Executive with over 23 years of progressive experience across various organizational capacities including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Consulting, Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity Advisory Services.

Her unique Corporate experiences and Industry perspectives have enabled her to become a Trusted Senior Partner in driving outcome-based Cybersecurity, Technology and Business Transformation Programs; Her Ideas, Outside-In Thinking and understanding of Multi-Faceted Business and Technology domains have created opportunities for her as an Influential Change Leader and her eventual foray into Entrepreneurship with CyberMinds Consulting.
Sanga Chang
Cybersecurity Analyst
Ms. Chang is a Cybersecurity Analyst at CyberMinds Consulting. Her focus area includes controls assessment for prominent threat vectors based on the industry standards and best practices. She continues to build her skills in Cybersecurity and is currently enrolled to complete MS degree at J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
Robert Chartier
Cyber Risk Analyst
Mr. Chartier is a graduate from Salve Regina University with a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. He is also a Certified Cellebrite Mobile Examiner for Mobile Forensics. At CyberMinds Consulting, he focuses on Risk Modeling and Analysis.
Thomas Aragaw

Mr. Aragaw has several years of experience in software engineering working on all aspects of SDLC including but not limited to requirement analysis, development, and testing for multisector organizations. Thomas holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity from Marymount University with a focus on threat analysis and penetration testing. At CyberMinds Consulting, Mr. Aragaw focusses on Threat Profiling and Risk Analysis.

Mr. Maxwell, born and raised in New Jersey, studied Marketing at William Paterson University and Bowie State University. Besides CyberMinds Consulting, he has interned with Xfinity and Playbook Sports located in New York city. His competitive nature and drive for knowledge make him standout in the field of marketing.
